We are currently recruiting a Mould Tooling Engineer for one of the largest engineering solution providers in the UK, to be based at their state of the art facilities in Nottinghamshire.

As Mould Tooling Engineer your main responsibilities will include:

- Being Accountable for the effective Management of all internal and external tooling, this will include, Maintenance, Repairs and carrying the necessary Spares.
- To lead the development and management of moulds, and related systems
- To develop specifications for future mould solutions including standardising tool change process
- To review preferred suppliers and develop design and manufacturing partners for mould systems.
- To implement management systems for condition audit, dimensional compliance, preventative and reactive maintenance.

It is Essential that candidates can offer proven knowledge and experience in the following:

- Technical background in general engineering or maintenance with related qualifications and experience.
- Ability to work closely with product designers and develop tooling solutions to concept or detail levels.
- Project management skills to realise solutions with regard to safety, quality, cost and delivery objectives.
- Jig and tool or mould design experience.
