HR Officer, HR Generalist, HR Advisor, Personnel Officer

We are recruiting a Human Resource Advisor (HR Advisor) for an automotive client based in the West Midlands.

The main function of the role will be to support the management team and the Human Resources Department with the provision of a HR service to all employees, this will also include Recruitment, Training, Payroll and Occupational Health.

The HR Advisor will be responsible for: * Advising, investigating disciplinary issues and supporting Managers in disciplinary issues along with absence management.
* Dealing with employee relation issues e.g. negotiations, contractual changes, etc.
* Recruitment interviewing and selection in line with HR systems.
* Implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures and produce monthly HR reports for the Human Resources Manager.
* Develop annual training plan/matrix and support departmental managers with roll out.

Ideally candidates with possess the following

* Previous general HR experience, ideally within high volume automotive manufacturing.
* Certificate in Personnel Practice (CPP).
* Fully qualified CIPD or working towards CIPD qualification.

The HR Officer will demonstrate the following:

* Excellent planning and communication skills.
* Must be Approachable, Confident and Self-motivated.
