A mechanically biased Forklift Field Service Engineer is required to oversee preventative planned maintenance schedules and also attend customer breakdowns in the TS and DL postcode areas.
Based from home you job will be to attend customer sites and service and repair mainly LPG and Diesel forklift trucks.
The ideal forklift engineer will already have experience in the service and repair of LPG and Diesel forklifts. However applications from candidates with demonstrable service experience in the following areas will also be considered: construction plant, agricultural plant, demolition plant and other 'off highway' equipment.
The company has been established for 35 years and is an exclusive National distributor for a global manufacturer of forklift trucks. It is currently experiencing a period of planned growth which will continue well into 2012 with a number of additional hires already in the budget.
The successful forklift engineer can expect a base salary of up to £22,500pa, dependent on experience, a fully expensed vehicle for work purposes, overtime, call out and a number of additional benefits.
