M-Tec Group is currently recruiting a team of Engineers to support major new programs.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of one or more of the following:
* Interior Trim - Door Modules, Instrument Panel (IP), Centre Console, Overhead Systems, Headliners/Headlinings
* Exterior Trim - Body Systems, Bumpers, Grills, Roof Systems, SILS
* Seating Systems and Body in White
Engineering skills required include:
* Design Engineer - CATIA V5 or NX
* Product Engineers
* Lead Engineers
* Project Managers
* PMST Leaders
Roles/Responsibilities:
Adhering to timing plans and design milestones you will be responsible for creating and maintaining design FMEA's in line with other problem solving techniques.
Your will also be responsible for preparation and ownership of Engineering Release Packs and close liaison with customer lead project engineer/PMST leader on a day-to-day basis
The successful candidates will be able take the CAD design from concept to finished CAD model and produce finished drawings for engineering release ensuring the finished model meets all performance and other attributes as detailed
You will also be required to prepare documentation for engineering release. Knowledge of quality systems such as 8D and DFMEA would be an advantage as would flexibility and a willingness to take on challenges
