Identifying

  • HR Strategy, support and advice during the initial phase of the recruitment process. This discussion and analysis will take place at the start of the process with the findings being delivered back to the client in a report format after the face-to-face meeting/telephone discussion. To include questions such as - What HR support is required? How can M-Tec help you? Why has the vacancy arisen? What does the business need to achieve? What specific outcomes do you need from this recruit? What are the costs of recruiting? Where does this person fit within the organisation? What are the company expectations of the individual?
  • Organisational Structure and Design - Does the shape or positioning of the role need to change? Is it a new role to the organisation? How will the position's introduction be managed?
  • Role creation and profiling - Create a document that contains both skills criteria and personal requirements that can be used as a concise and informative job description and recruitment specification for internal and external parties.
  • Psychometrics - the outputs from psychometric testing can be a valuable addition to the selection process. We can both advise on the most appropriate tests to use and source and run them for you.
  • Competency frameworks
  • Guidelines for candidate (purchased as e-books. Could be customised on a clients behalf to send to candidates which has been an effective way in the past to maximise the recruitment process whilst differentiating yourselves from other organisations)
