M-Tec's "Managed Services" facility has become one of the key services on offer to many of our clients. With a proven track record in successful delivery of this bespoke "Managed Service", it has consistently proved to be an efficient method of recruiting staff helping to maximise effectiveness, quality and performance whilst reducing wasted time and overall costs bringing added value to the recruitment process.
As the needs of many of our clients resources are focused on project delivery, internal strategies and general day to day personnel activities, it has become a more common practise for these companies to outsource their recruitment operations to external consultancies. This allows their HR department, Line Manager's and Senior Staff who would be involved with the recruitment process to concentrate on other activities within the organisation whilst M-Tec provide a comprehensive service that will meet the demands and expectations of the client.
M-Tec's "Managed Service" provides the client the ability to control all costs and reduce the time taken to resource staff whilst providing a single point of contact away from other agencies. This service is purposely designed to allow all clients to streamline their recruitment process, reduce costs and build in strong quality standards which can be controlled every step of the way. During all stages the client will be provided with an extensive reporting system that is accessed via our interactive website which will contain regularly updated status reports, Key Performance Indicators and an overview over all costing's.
The process starts with a "value stream mapping" exercise that will look at all of the recruitment process providing a detailed evaluation of the results which will include the costs saving to be made and timing plan for the recruitment process that will be developed specifically to meet your current needs and requirements.
