Permanent / Contingency Recruitment
The Permanent / Contingency Recruitment method is a "No Solution, No Fee" approach to sourcing candidates for specific roles. This service is the most commonly offered approach by Recruitment Companies operating today and forms a simple but effective method of attracting suitable candidates for customer's requirements.
Following in-line with our business ethic's and commitment to our clients, M-Tec would at the initial stage of the process endeavour to gain an in-depth understanding of the role and the organisation to help fully understand the core skills and requirements needed. This would ideally be taken at a face-to-face meeting to ensure there is a clear understanding of all requirements and client expectations. If a meeting is not convenient the information can be taken over the phone using our vacancy form.
Once a clear and concise brief has been obtained, we would then begin searching our database thoroughly to identify potentially suitable candidates that meet the job specification. This search method would be supported by web advertisement to enable us to maximise the catchments area and allow the best possible opportunity to create a detailed candidate list.
Once an initial list has been created all suitable candidates would be contacted and screened via a telephone interview to ensure they meet the specific requirements identified by the client. Those that closest match the specification would then be prepared and submitted over to the client for their consideration. Very often our shortlist would be in competition with candidates from other sources to include rival recruitment agencies.
The client would then make a final decision on the selection for interview and we would then arrange and co-ordinate all interviews following the recruitment process through to a conclusion. The fee would only be charged on the day that the successful candidate commences employment with the client.
Interviews would then be arranged with M-Tec acting as an intermediary through each stage of the process all the way through to successful placement. During the recruitment process we would fully support all candidates so that they are prepared for all meeting and discussions whilst ensuring effective communication at all times. After the start date M-Tec's involvement with the candidate would be greatly reduced but we would contact them once a month for the first three months to ensure a successful integration into the company.
It is M-Tec's belief that by taking time to understand our clients needs and candidates requirements there is a greater respect for each other building an honest and trust worthy relationship with all parties. Through our business ethics we aim to 'exceed expectations' which in turn has enabled us to build excellent communication in all directions to allow us to better match the skills and requirements using the contingency recruitment process.
