The employers who use M-Tec's services to find suitable candidates for their organisation will pay our fees so that none is incurred by the candidate. The fees will generally be based on a percentage of the base salary of the successful candidate.
Once you are registered with M-Tec you will be contacted to confirm your details have been put on our data base by our administration department. Upon registration a consultant will contact you to discuss your specific needs and requirements or to arrange a face-to-face meeting before beginning to source suitable opportunities for you. This will form the start of the recruitment process were the consultant that has been in contact with you will work professionally, proactively and tirelessly following our candidate commitment policy to secure you a new position that matches your specified criteria.
Candidate Commitment Policy
Due to the nature of the Recruitment Industry M-Tec are committed to a strict standard of confidentiality to protect our clients and candidates. We can assure everyone working with M-Tec that no personal information or information regarding areas of activity, growth or operation, whether written or verbal, will be disclosed by M-Tec to any parties other than those directly involved in the recruitment process or agreed to prior to the release of the information by all parties concerned.
M-Tec has a specialist Contracts & Permanent Division that work together to provide our candidates and clients with a complete recruitment solutions dependant upon their needs and requirements.
The Contracts Division generally covers specific project work that need technical support due to a shortage of skills, market/product knowledge, an increase need in labour or tight gateways that need to be achieved in a short period of time.
The Permanent Division specialises in resourcing positions for our candidates that offer career development and progression whilst offering our clients individuals that have the skills and expertise required to meet the job criteria's. The service is specifically designed and tailored to meet each individuals needs and requirements bringing added value to the processes following our Best Practice Procedures & Commitment Policies.
Were the two Divisions work in unison very successfully is when a permanent employee is required but the demands of the position needs an individual in situe immediately. M-Tec's Contract Division will provide a contractor to cover the immediate need while the Permanent Division sources suitable candidates on a permanent basis.

If your skills match the job criteria, your details will be registered and all relevant information about the position will be forwarded over to you for your consideration. At this stage once you are happy with the organisation & job on offer your application will be submitted to the client for consideration. This will be the beginning of the recruitment process.
